Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

For quickest response and resolution to your issue, please be as specific as possible in describing your request:

  • What you were trying to do / what you expected to happen
  • What happened instead (or what didn't happen)
  • Any error messages you received
  • What operating system (e.g. Windows Vista, Mac OS 10.6.7)?
  • What browser & version (e.g. Internet Explorer 7.0, Firefox 3.4.1)
